PugPie is a personal media library for uploading, organizing, and viewing your photos and videos. Features include tagging, search, and optional AI-assisted metadata.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

You retain ownership of media you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and back up your content solely to operate the service, including generating thumbnails, encoding video, and indexing metadata for search.

You must have the rights to upload your content and must not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful material.

Your plan may limit storage, uploads, or API features. We may change plan limits with reasonable notice.

Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use automated means to overload the system.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the service.

PugPie is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
